
American actor Anna Maria Chlumsky was born December 3, 1980[2].[2] She started acting in her early years and was initially known for her role as Vada Sullenfuss on My Girl (1991), and My Girl 2. After her first roles in the film, Chumsky stepped away between 1999 and 2005 in order to go to college. She reprised acting roles in independent films like Blood Car (2007), In the Loop (2009). Between 2012 and 2019, she played Amy Brookheimer, a character that brought her six Primetime Emmy nominations in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress (Comedy Series) as well as other accolades.
